1. Who we are

2. Using the site
The site is free to read and requires no account or registration. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
3. Information, not advice
Content is general information about consumer security software and online safety. It is not personalised technical, legal or financial advice. Product features, prices and terms change; always check the provider’s current information before buying, which prevails in case of divergence. No security product or practice can guarantee protection against every threat.
4. Partner links and purchases
Some links are partner (affiliate) links, clearly labelled. If you buy after clicking one, we may receive a commission from the advertiser at no extra cost to you. Any purchase is a contract between you and the seller, under the seller’s terms and privacy policy. We are not a party to that contract and do not handle payments, deliveries, support or refunds.
5. External websites
We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of external websites. Leaving our site means you are subject to the other site’s terms and privacy policy.
6. Intellectual property
The texts, illustrations and diagrams on the site are protected by copyright and belong to CTTSTAV s.r.o.. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Trademarks mentioned belong to their owners; their use does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
7. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access it by automated means that place an unreasonable load on it, or copy it in bulk.
8. Liability
We take reasonable care over accuracy but provide the site “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on its content or from the use of third-party products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
